Ten Steps To Vibrational Alignment

1. FREE YOUR SPIRIT

Free your spirit and free your soul. Many people young and old are ingrained with the generational and developmental beliefs, traits, behaviours and trauma that are passed down from generation to generation, from family, friends or foe. You need to disconnect from this, in order to reconnect with the real you.

2. CHANGE WHAT YOU CONSUME

Focus on improving your diet. Increase your intake of water, vegetables, fruits & nuts. If you want to eat meats, try consuming clean cuts of meat and avoid heavily processed types. Reduce your processed and junk food consumption.

3. STOP TAKING BLOCKERS

To achieve vibrational alignment, your three Universal centres BODY-MIND-SPIRIT all three need to be aligned for true vibrational connection.
The consumption of blockers are only going to jam your signal.

4. CARE FOR YOUR BODY

Your body is a marvel of creation, we all need to care for our own individual bodies. You can care for you body with exercise, movement, meditation and by giving thanks, including acknowledging your internal organs for the hard work they all do for you, every second of every day.

5. UNDERSTAND WE ARE ALL CONNECTED

Everything living on Mother Earth is connected. Whether we originated from a cell, a seed, an egg. All living organisms are connected.

6. CONSIDER YOUR EARTH AS PART OF YOUR DECISION MAKING PROCESS

As you make your day to day choices, consider the outcomes, so that your actions and choices benefit you and all those around you, for the betterment of our earth. For the future generations, of all things living.

7. CARE FOR OUR EARTH AND ALL THAT IS LIVING ON IT

Do what you can to show your love and care towards our earth. Your positive actions can make a real difference. Pick up the rubbish on the ground instead of walking past it and if you can’t for whatever reason, at least do not contribute to the problem.

8. HELP OTHER PEOPLE​

We help our family and we help our friends but to help a stranger is one of the most powerful acts you can do.

This gesture is powerful for your soul and for the strangers soul – a stranger is just a friend you have not yet met.

Ask yourself, “How can I help, what can I do?”

9. OPEN YOUR MIND TO NEW CONCEPTS

THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS LIFE, THAN WHAT WE CAN JUST SEE

The unfolding of your journey towards becoming a connected vibrational being, will potentially open you to rendezvous, connections and experiences that you may never have dreamt of, in both your conscious and subconscious realities.

10. START A DAILY ROUTINE FOR YOURSELF – GET CONNECTED FIRST THEN GLIDE THROUGH YOUR DAY WITH EASE

Develop a daily routine for yourself. It is very important give yourself some ‘me’ time. This will help you connect with your true self and then as you make your way through your day, you will be surprised at how much you can achieve. Things won’t seem as hard for you.
